I really like the service, but often there are problems with getting cashback in Eldorado UA through the application (i.e. no notification and cashback come at all), you have to order through the web version. Well, I would like to speed up the process of obtaining a cashback, otherwise it will take a long time to wait 50 days.

Thanks for the comment. We are very sorry that you are faced with the difficulty of not calculating cashback. After analyzing your account, we noticed that, as far as possible, our managers helped to resolve the issue with the accrual of lost orders.
At the moment, managers of a technical orientation are clarifying the information whether the reason for the loss of reward is the fact of placing orders through the application. If we find that cashback is not being credited, we will immediately add this information to the store page.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the timing of the cashback crediting, since the store needs some time to check the information and make sure that the order will not be returned, as well as transfer this information to us.
