These terms and conditions form an integral part of the general terms of use of the Letyshops cashback service and are applicable in conjunction with any rules and regulations specified on the Gift Card page, if relevant.
Gift cards are available for purchase on the Letyshops website (letyshops.com) and the Letyshops mobile application (iOS and Android) by its registered users with validated email addresses only. The specific conditions of each gift card are determined by the respective partner merchants and are listed under the “Merchant Terms” section on the merchant’s profile page.
Gift cards may be redeemed on the partner merchant’s website and/or in participating partner stores, as indicated on the partner’s profile. The nominal value of the gift cards, as well as the maximum quantity that can be purchased and used for a single order, will be specified on the relevant merchant’s page. The user is responsible for reviewing all applicable terms and conditions related to the gift card before making a purchase.
- 3.1
Activable: Gift cards may need to be activated before use. The activation process and timeline will be specified on the relevant merchant’s page.
- 3.2
Usable: Gift cards can be applied to purchases on the partner’s website and/or in participating physical stores. Specific details regarding where the gift card can be used (online, offline, or both) will be clearly indicated on the merchant’s profile.
- 3.3
Spendable: The gift card’s balance can be used for full or partial payment, depending on the merchant’s terms. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will follow the merchant’s conditions for future use.
- 3.4
Cumulative: In some cases, multiple gift cards may be combined for a single transaction. Whether gift cards are cumulative will be defined by the partner merchant and indicated on their profile page.
- 3.5
Usable at Online/Offline Stores: Gift cards may be redeemable both online and in-store, or in one of these formats, based on the merchant’s terms. This information will be specified on the relevant page of the merchant.
- 3.6
Other Conditions: Additional terms, such as expiration dates, restrictions on certain products, or minimum spending requirements, may apply. These will be outlined on the partner’s profile under the “Merchant Terms” section.
Gift cards purchased through the Letyshops platform are subject to the following conditions, as defined by the partner merchant:
Upon purchasing a Gift Card, the user will receive an email containing the Gift Card along with detailed instructions for its use. The email will be sent exclusively to the email address provided and confirmed by the user within the Service. If the user wishes to change the delivery email address, they must update and confirm the new address within the Service prior to the Gift Card’s dispatch.
When purchasing a gift card through the Letyshops platform, users will receive cashback at the rate specified on the relevant merchant’s page at the time of purchase. This cashback will be credited directly to the user’s account balance once the purchase is completed. The user’s account balance and the withdrawal of cashback are governed by the Letyshops Terms of Use. Please refer to the Terms of Use for further details on how cashback can be accessed or withdrawn.
Please note that in some partner stores, cashback is not credited when a gift card is redeemed. As a result, you may not be eligible to receive cashback from Letyshops for your order if the payment was made using a gift card. This condition varies by partner merchant, and we recommend reviewing the specific terms on the merchant’s page before completing your purchase.
Gift cards are considered personalised products and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, which normally applies to everyday goods. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the law mandates otherwise.
LetyShops does not sell any products or services other than the gift cards themselves. Therefore, LetyShops will not be held responsible for the quality of the products or services provided by the partner merchants. All claims relating to the quality of the products or services offered by the merchants must be directed to the entity that sold the corresponding product or provided the relevant service.
