Everything is fine, I have never had any problems with Cashback and even better when there is a multiplier, however it takes too long to confirm, it has taken me up to 5-6 months, if the times were shorter it would be much better.

The cashback is always reflected in a few minutes as pending, although it takes months after my package was delivered to release the money. But it works well.
The app is very good, I buy a lot on Amazon, ML, Aliexpress, Telmov and several others, in the long term I recover an amount of what I bought but it takes a long time to confirm and see the money reflected in the cashback, I hope they can soon reduce the time and also add Mercado Libre, Telmov and others.

Cashback is a great benefit, as few or no other apps offer it. A little over a month ago I made several purchases, the cashback was not reflected, then they kindly contacted me by email and compensated me for the situation. The correct use of the application is a little confusing, as they told me that the purchase process had been incorrect and for that reason it had not been reflected, since I added the items to purchase in advance, and they told me that the correct process for it to be reflected was to add them to the cart at the time of purchase, a situation that is incorrect since I made another purchase for $2000 and it was not reflected either.

I keep insisting that the app is very good, but it takes a long time for Amazon to release the cashback compared to other stores that release it as soon as the product is confirmed to have been received.

The app is good but when I buy from Amazon they don't give me any cash back and it just says that Amazon doesn't consider the cash back lost and that's it. You can't communicate with someone to solve the problem either and you only get messages from bots that someone will contact you but that's a lie. I think the app only works for buying from Chinese companies.
