Purchases at MAUDAU UA with cashback in Canada

The order was delivered on time, but the cashback was credited only because of a dispute.

When I made orders in the fall, everything was ok. Now, some of the goods are out of stock, while you go to the site - they are still listed as those that are available for order... The price can change literally a day later, specifically in my case, 2 days have passed and ALL positions in the order have increased by price! I refused to repeat the order, so to speak, until better times ... About the reasons below. The picture in terms of cons for me is this: 1) free delivery from 1500 UAH, and this is an impressive amount, if you don’t buy expensive alcohol, then it’s easier to order from Silpo with free delivery from 999 UAH, there is a larger assortment and the availability of goods is usually up-to-date, not not to mention the speed of delivery! 2) the availability of goods is not up-to-date, and even after a call with information that there are no goods in stock, they were not removed from the site / their status was not changed, in fact, I have to spend time choosing goods that are not available and then only after 3-4 days on a call Finding out that they are not, this is a significant minus. 3) they often make discounts for those goods that they want to sell faster without changing the cost (that is, there is no discount in fact, the price is normal, only -60% hangs nearby). Today I can’t recommend Maudau, I don’t see any reason why I should order at Maudau when there is an outlet / silpo (and others) with more convenient conditions for ordering and either with the same or lower price for goods!

Ordered from the Maudau store with increased cashback twice. Once everything went smoothly and the cashback was credited, otherwise it was not even displayed. Therefore, with cashback, if you are lucky, maybe it still depends on the order, because the Maudau store likes to split the order into several, if the goods are in different warehouses, maybe in this case the cashback is not calculated, this is a kind of trick from the store, so pay attention if the there is a possibility that the cashback will not be credited if you order for several. As for the service of the store in general, everything is good here.

Ordered several times. There were isolated cases of the absence or non-compliance of the product. After a call to the support service, all issues were resolved, sometimes with compensation for inconvenience.

Pleasant prices. It is quite convenient to order through the website. Minus for delivery. In my case, it was divided into orders and everything was delivered, except for one item. The next day, another courier from New Post still delivered the parcel. It is surprising that one item of my goods was worth UAH 22, and delivery by the new post office was UAH 78 at their expense. So you can get into the red if you separate and deliver each product by separate couriers..
