As a result, the cashback was not credited when ordering. The support said that the reason is either in browser extensions (which could not be true, since I had AdBlock disabled, as well as Proxy). The only thing that could play a role was that when paying at the store, I used an Intertop + card (this is a bonus card for a client of an Intertop store), from which bonuses were also debited. If this is really the reason why the cashback was not credited, I think that it is right for the client to inform the client about this by indicating in advance the appropriate description to the Intertop store on the Letyshops website.
