Of course, the cashback was not found in the system. I submitted a request for a lost order in Decathlon. Letyshops submitted a request to the store. Of course, its consideration may take up to 4 months. I would like to emphasize that everything was done as God commanded: going to the Decathlon website from the Lety application. Purchases made according to the guidelines. Going to the store recorded in the system. And suddenly it turns out that he disappeared without a trace. Maybe Decathlon simply has a problem with orders for a larger amount?

From 06.06.2023 and purchases at Decathlon, there is no information about the accrued cashback. No transaction was found in the Letyshops.com system, even though the system registered a redirection to the store and I sent the order number. After reporting a missing transaction, an order confirmation request was sent to the store. The waiting time for consideration is 4 months. Considering that I was buying a scooter for a child for the summer, it will be just right for these 4 months for the winter. So far, the worst cashback site I've come across and I use many and have had no problems with any of them.
