As soon as Prom-payment was formalized on January 16, everything was immediately sent by Ukrposhta. 19 came, 26 at the post office checked the stove with a frying pan with an induction bottom - when the "On" button was pressed, the frying pan was heated - it took the stove. Two days later (I gave the technique a run-up to get used to the house after being moved down the street from the post office) I switched it on to the same On button, all the norms were 2 minutes - when switching on the right half of the stove, the Fry button knocked out a new wiring in the house. Then they checked in the daughter's apartment - the light was knocked out in the entrance, at work - the same story !!!!!!!!! She explained all this by phone, sent the stove back for her own money, because the courier does not have the money to receive the goods from the post office (as the store administrator explained to me by phone). AND FROM THAT MOMENT, NO ANSWER, NO HELLO !!! And why - the money has been paid, the seller has the stove, and why give the buyer AT LEAST SOMETHING for the defective product !!!
Order from 07.12.2020 №132467780 received 09.12.2020 store "Orpheus" worked perfectly, but at Prom UA my order for some reason still (and today 14.02.2021) is still "IN PROGRESS"

In general, everything is good, but it is not convenient that it is necessary to order more carefully through the store page on the prom, and not on the store's website, which seems to be made from the prom, but the site address does not contain the name prom.ua. Just go to the prom yu and look for goods and a store there, then the cashback will be counted.
The situation is similar to the previous comment, the order is closed, there is a transfer from the account but the cashback account is not displayed in the account (the order itself is also not displayed), I chose the method of payment by cash on delivery.
