Purchases at Moyo.ua with cashback in Belgium

I bought a laptop with the Letyshops application (order number: 3052006558). They calculated the maximum cashback of 2500. I bought by switching from the Letyshops application to the Moyo website, which is also displayed in my account in the history of transitions. Everything is in accordance with the conditions, but as a result, the cashback was rejected with the reason "the purchase was made from the store's mobile application", which is not true, and the appeal was closed unilaterally without the possibility of an appeal. Please respond to Letyshops.

Very disappointed in this store. I will never buy anything here again! I ordered a camera and a lens adapter for more than UAH 95,000. She did everything according to the rules. As a result, the cashback (2500 UAH) is rejected, the reason is that the order was placed by a store employee (I have NOTHING to do with the store) or changes were made to the order (if the reason for this is the added package for 7 UAH, then it's just ridiculous). As a result, Letyshops gave a bonus of UAH 250, for which I am sincerely grateful! And for those who want to take part in the scam from MOYO - buy goods from them and 99% that you, like me, like my friends who made an order here before, instead of the promised cashback, will get only negative emotions and a spoiled mood!

After placing the order, one amount appears in the office, you count on it, pick up the goods. And a month later, a message arrives that the cashback for this order has been reduced by 4 times. Just a SCAM from the store.

Never buy from this store, from the initially indicated about 2000 cashback in total from 2 orders, I will receive (and this is not yet the fact 120) they try to reset the cashback by any means and methods

The store is just some kind of bottom.. I bought a sauna bar for UAH 25,000, and instead of UAH 1,500 I got UAH 500.. And the excuse is simple, it’s mega smarts from the store when they write about 2% hot cashback, but in fact they write at the bottom when hot cashback will be only 0.5 %. How letishops allows this is not clear at all. Just tell me that once a month on a full moon I can get 2% without hot cashback, but it’s such trash that it’s even funny... Therefore, I will never deal with moyo again at all, I bought here often, but with such an attitude, let them buy from themselves

Moyo are very cunning. As soon as they owe some significant cashback - they come up with reasons not to return it - then "you opened another tab", then "you looked at the basket for a long time", then something else. The rest of the stores are fine, but Moyo with a significant cashback is always "the wrong coat". And thanks to Letyshops for trying to resolve the situation and even compensating the cashback at their expense. But this is wrong the cashback should be returning Moyo and not Letyshops from their money.

I categorically do not recommend pure water scammers! I bought it for the first and last time in this store! I bought a monitor for 9000 instead of a cashback of 580 UAH and received 160 UAH all because of that!!! Please note that payment was by card!!! I wonder if you can order online without using a card!!?? What's the point of ordering online and going to pick it up? There are a lot of stores that will deliver for free! So the most interesting thing is that I didn’t even use delivery! I went and picked it up myself! Rednecks saved on delivery and squeezed cashback! I do not recommend this store to anyone! How are they going to get clients with this approach?

Everything was done according to the rules. And they simply rejected the cashback, with some stupid excuses, something was open, they went somehow wrong. Only I closed all programs before buying. And even overloaded the phone. Thanks to the Laity Shop team for returning at least part of it. By the way, last time there were also problems with returning to Moyo, but the amount was less, so they returned it. When I bought from Foxtrot (already three times), there were no problems and all transitions were correct. The verdict is scammers. Avoid them.

Moyo continues to amaze. At this time, the cashback is rejected because the purchase was made from Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. For example, cashback is not accrued from Luhansk, Donetsk Oblasts and AR Crimea. Well, it is clear from Luhansk Oblast and AR Krym, they are completely occupied, but Donetsk Oblast is far from occupied. Moreover, everything is fine with cashback in the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions.
