I made 2 orders at Sinsay back on 16.05, when the cashback was 15%! Cashback never appeared in the personal account for any of them!!! I issued a "lost cashback" for both, but no change!!! It looks very unfair! I followed all the rules, I did not go to any other sites!

Cashback declined for the last 5 orders. Although I ordered from different devices. And from different IPs. It was advised to clear the browser data. Although with other sites cashback is credited.
