I have an order for a comb dryer from China that was taking so long that I wanted to return it, it was ordered on May 18th and it was going to be delivered on July 4th almost two months later. I rejected it at the door because there was no way they would do anything to cancel it after so long I no longer needed it. I rejected it that day and the page has not yet updated, it is not known if they have already started with the return or not after 17 days that I rejected it. The carrier's page does not update, it is still in a delivery state that appears as failed and nothing else. I don't know if I'll be able to get my money back after already 77 days in transit. You cannot open a dispute because you can only do that if they pass it to a return or cancellation status, since not because they do not update the order to the real situation. It's just on delivery. The customer service never solves anything in any situation you have and it is fatal. It makes you wait and waste a lot of time consulting to never solve anything. They never make any status changes or updates either. They don't know how to answer any questions. Many days the page does not even give the option to connect by chat with an agent.
