I don't know what it is, because each time I order from Empik, the order is lost and I have to send the request manually. And yes, initially I used to do it wrong, but for about a year or so I've been religious about following the instructions - only adding products after activating cashback, only having 1 addon enabled and only 1 tab open and my orders still are lost every time. I have that issue with maybe 1-2 more shops, while other orders go through fine. Admittedly the cashback is usually creditted after I send a request, but it's still exhausting.
