A few weeks ago I took advantage of the 25% cashback they had in the store. I could buy a maximum of 5 garments and they gave me a maximum of € 5 for each one, they only credited me for the return of one of the garments (coincidentally the cheapest) and when I opened a claim they gave me € 0.40 (when I should have received more than € 10 for what I had spent) and they told me to do things right next time (I paid for everything in the same order so if they credited me 25% of a garment they should do the same with the rest since I did the same steps in all). Anyway, a disaster.

After the transaction is not credited and the claim is filed, the solution that Letyshops gives is to do it better the next time, (Even if you have bought more times and have done the same process well). When the purchase amount exceeds a large amount of money, magically the transaction is lost and letyshop does not register it, thus leaving the user without their cashback. In addition, putting the subsequent claim, the solution they give us is "do it better next time" Quite unhappy about the randomness of registering or not registering transactions, in addition, this unfortunately occurs with more stores within letyshop ...
