i have purchased 2 things from Flipkart one of 11000 of microwave and one was 99000 of poco phone but the cashback status is not showing at all

I followed all the instructions properly but letysh op stole my cashback and not give me a single penny and looting customer in the name of Flipkart terms and conditions. Don't buy from Flipkart from this app they will steal your cashback. I have lost it twice. Before my cashback used to appear automatically but now it does not appear and does not lets you raise a ticket.
