An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.

For the order that was lost, a request was sent to partners to determine the reasons for the loss. The request will be processed automatically. You can track the status in your personal account.
