The first two times I contacted Letyshops support, only after that the cashback came. For this, thanks exclusively to Letyshops and their support. The third time I just didn't waste time. The point here is not at all that the client is doing something wrong. LinguaLeo deliberately does not charge cashback. And this is not surprising, because over the past two years, their service has slipped to the very bottom. With each new update of their site, the functionality deteriorates or disappears altogether, their support is not interested in feedback from customers. They answer, of course, but do nothing to solve customer problems. So LinguaLeo gets 1 * from me. And Letyshops, as always - 5 *. Use Letyshops, only pay for courses and subscriptions to other language services, not LinguaLeo. The latter do not deserve your loyalty or your funds.
