Terrible Customer Service & Fake Promises I had taken a full coverage insurance based on their promise of covering all exterior parts and quick compensation (48 Hours !). I have been travelling, booking rental cars and taking 3rd party insurance for more than 15 years now and never had a need to follow up or reach out to a CEO/Co-founders/Head of customer service for a simple request or claim in this case. It is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING to me that post having followed their COMPANY PROCESS and providing all Required Information to their customer service team 1. Neither have I Received my refund on insurance 2. Nor does the customer service team have the decency to respond to my emails. Some 5 follow ups and no courtesy response. This has been the worst experience I have had with a rental company and truly makes me question myself WHY DID I DECIDE TO GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS ! At this stage, all I can question is WHY DO THEY MAKE FAKE PROMISES ? IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM THERE FOR NAMESAKE OR DO THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM THAT IS EMPATHETIC TO ITS CUSTOMERS ? It was a great learning experience on why not to work with you or any 3rd party insurance company that only takes business based on fake promises. If this is the way you wish to run your business, that is your choice. But I am sure you will have many frustrated customers like me soon (if not already).
