I made an order from Leti Shops in Kyiv on March 29, 2024, to the Aurora store at 55 Shcherbakivskogo Street. The estimated delivery date was indicated as 04/04/2024 (the order was delivered late on 04/05/2024 (there was no SMS, a message about the delivery appeared in Viber after I had already received it). Service in the store itself is TERRIBLE: at I had the feeling that I was at least a criminal, who had the audacity to come on the following day from the target date, without an invitation (although the option "wait for a delivery notification" (as in the SOCKET) is not indicated anywhere. Summary: the site is raw (let's hope - they will fix it) , CASH BACK has not been credited, a search application has been submitted (how to show RESPECT to the Leti Shops support service for the prompt response to requests). order from Aurora - more NO-NO

Made an order on 01.03, received an SMS about the previous date of receiving the order at the pick-up point on 05.03. Today, 07.03, the status of the order is still "Direct to the delivery point". By phone, the hotline said that only the approximate date of receipt is displayed in the text message, and in general, they have delivery up to 10 days! So you have to wait. But there was and is no information about delivery terms in the "Delivery and payment" section on the website, as well as when placing an order. I believe that this should have been announced in advance and I would hardly have made an order here if I had known about such a long waiting time. I will hardly order anything from this store in the future
I have already ordered several times, I have not had any problems with the site. That is, I use it as soon as the online store is created. Cash on delivery, fast delivery, online orders are issued without a queue. I recommend it, I am satisfied.
