Thanks for your feedback. The cashback is credited to the balance after the store makes sure that you are satisfied with your purchased service. Each store / service has a certain period during which information on the order is processed. Usually we publish this information in the store description on our website.
You can see the estimated date of confirmation of the cashback yourself in your personal account in the "Orders and Finances" section, by hovering the mouse cursor over the question mark opposite the order.
