• if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
• any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
• any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
• any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
• any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
• if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
• if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
