- Cashback is not credited for any additional costs such as delivery and shipping.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

I love shein and letyshops much more. I have a purchase prepared to see if the cashback will go up since in the previous days it was up but I couldn't do it. Many thanks to both shein and Lety shops, I love shopping like this.
When Cashback is increased, it is almost never credited ... I am talking to a person to see if they can solve it for me, why does it always appear when I make purchases and after it happens to me in several stores it seems strange to me ... It is very sad that such a situation has happened. It is true that error can happen and the cashback may not register, but our SAC does everything possible to fix such situations and reward at least part of the cashback.
We see that a request has already been created, of the lost cashback and we have sent it to our partners. As soon as a response arrives, the status of your request will change and we will notify you.
