Кешбек не нараховується за замовлення:
- оформлені в застосунку Foxtrot.ua;
- по безготівковому розрахунку юридичних осіб;
- сплачені бонусами. Якщо оплата була частковою, кешбек нараховується на суму без урахування бонусів;
- створені співробітниками контактного центру та співробітниками Фокстрот UA;
- в які вносились зміни після оформлення (спосіб оплати, доставки тощо);
- сплачені картками банків з функцією кешбеку (наприклад, Monobank, ПриватБанк, Глобус, Izibank та iн). Ця умова діє в період промо Foxtrot і даних банків. Замовлення, оформлені з використанням партнерського кешбеку від банків будуть відхилені під час звірки.

Lost 2 cashbacks, although all conditions were met and payment was by Privat card. The amounts are small, but for me it is fundamental. Thanks to Letyshops support for fixing this issue. But due to the fact that the cashback is not credited normally, I cannot participate in the Back to School contest, because my order is not displayed there. Unpleasant! I made another order today.
