Purchases at Booking.com with cashback in Greece

They disregard the following: In booking, when you are going to make the payment by card, it diverts you to another security page and, therefore, the cash is disconnected while you are paying. I thought it was irrelevant and that LetyShop would be aware of it, but no. After waiting a few days, I contacted them and, until two days ago, they have been giving me long and making excuses for not returning my cash (after having attached all kinds of photos and screenshots that they asked for). It is a shame. For small cash from other stores they do not give you a problem, but when we are talking about more amounts of money, yes. SHAMEFUL.

I always book with Вooking.com through Letyshops. An extremely positive experience. Cashback always comes in the same percentage that was announced, although you have to wait. The last cashback from Booking came in 5 weeks. In general, the percentage is not that small. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can attack the increased cashback: I saw the maximum 12%, but at that time, unfortunately, I had no need to book a hotel. But even with the base rate, I have 3.9% in terms of gold status, the amount of cashback is tangible. A penny, as you know, saves the ruble :) Thanks to Kooking and Letyshops!

I had a great rest, the administrator offered me to send a booking away and make a discount of 1000, I refused, since I have not had an account for the first season and you can grab some goodies, but this is not the point. I checked out on September 9 and now I look at this cashback and think, why, for example, from purchases it is written, until what date they will be returned, well, or with ali as you confirm and after 2-3 days they return, but here it is just water, I asked my friends about such body movements: some say that fly and beech love to fall in love with ordinary citizens for a couple of rubles and only arrows throw at each other. If you are offended, then do not be offended)) just make the countdown to the calculation and there will be much less questions. Sorry if anything, all Peace and kindness))

I want to write and warn people who want to use booking services. We ordered the hotel through the website, everything is as it should be, we arrived at the hotel and bam comes a letter from the booking that we did not arrive! I call them and say how I came with my husband, we live in a hotel! Why would the booking be kind of a side, they politely say and all that but no sense! I provided a photo from the number, photo of geolocation, etc. Ask a check? And the hotel answered checks we do not give no stamp there is no owner and so on. Withdrawal booking does not protect the interests of users at all. We can’t leave a review, because the hotel lied that we didn’t come, the opportunity to leave a review was taken away. By the way, there are zero questions, the guys are not to blame for the fact that booking com puts on their customers.

I am still waiting for my cashbacks for hotels (and it seems to wait as much as 90 days from the moment of checking out of the hotel !!), it is not clear where the logic is and why it takes 3 months to "confirm whether the rules for purchases with cashback were violated and whether it was returned goods to the seller ". A hotel is not an online store. How can I "return the goods" if I have already paid for the hotel and even have already checked out? I read reviews about the fact that the prices for booking are higher after going through the application (and representatives of letyshops do not deny this) - I faced the same thing, so be careful and double-check. Based on this situation, the logic of using a cashback service is generally violated and its meaning is completely lost. It turns out that I, like, save money when using letyshops, and wait for my cashback for 3 months, but I could immediately buy at a normal (not overcharged) price and there would be no need to wait. In short, I am very disappointed. Reconsider your terms of cooperation with stores / services (I don’t know, such overpricing applies only to booking or all stores in general), otherwise you will soon have no clients left when all people find out about this work scheme.

Cashback itself is not something special, like Fly a bunch. Everywhere there are different bonuses and discounts, but their support service is aerobatics. The guys are just great, you feel like a VIP client of the bank, they are all very pleasant to communicate, help to understand the problem and EVEN go to a meeting, for example, if the cashback was not credited due to your carelessness or something like that. Yes, they will not return you the percentage of the hotel room, but they can give you a "chocolate" as a small bonus, because you are kind and nice in communication with them. I repeat, the coolest service that I have been with for more than one year. Thank you guys, and a special thank you for the support service, this is a very high level, I repeat, even in Europe, this is rarely seen.

I checked and chose the hotel on Booking. Walked in through Letyshops and the hotel price went up 3% straight away.
