It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- for the VAT (value added tax) that is included into each order amount;
- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

A few weeks ago I took advantage of the 25% cashback they had in the store. I could buy a maximum of 5 garments and they gave me a maximum of € 5 for each one, they only credited me for the return of one of the garments (coincidentally the cheapest) and when I opened a claim they gave me € 0.40 (when I should have received more than € 10 for what I had spent) and they told me to do things right next time (I paid for everything in the same order so if they credited me 25% of a garment they should do the same with the rest since I did the same steps in all). Anyway, a disaster.

Good afternoon, I made a purchase for which a cashback of € 2.77 was generated, being confirmed by email by Letyshops. Later I confirm that I have received the item, but Letyshops only pay me € 0.78. And when I claim the rest of the money, they only give excuses not to pay the € 1.99. They are scammers!

Like the rest of the comments, I do allow myself the luxury of drawing hasty and more than justified conclusions. After the transaction is not credited and the claim is filed, the solution that Letyshops gives is to do it better the next time, (Even if you have bought more times and have done the same process well). When the purchase amount exceeds a large amount of money, magically the transaction is lost and letyshop does not register it, thus leaving the user without their cashback. In addition, putting the subsequent claim, the solution they give us is "do it better next time" Quite unhappy about the randomness of registering or not registering transactions, in addition, this unfortunately occurs with more stores within letyshop ...
