Everything worked fine from the beginning. As soon as you start placing orders and withdrawing more cashback, there are constant misunderstandings. I haven't received cashback for three purchases. They didn't charge me for the washing machine at all and they continue to convince me that I didn't go to the store using the link. Oh, I didn't. I activated the cashback in a pop-up window. 800 UAH lost. Everything about Yves Rocher is absolutely sad. Cashback hasn't been credited twice and I'm offered to fill out applications and return the lost cashback. But, do I really have nothing to do but spend thirty minutes each time filling out questionnaires and forms to restore 38.50 UAH. You give me 800 UAH back for the washing machine, and keep Yves Rocher for yourself.

All cashback activations (including using the plugin) can be checked in your personal account through the "My transactions" section. For the purchase at Foxtrot, compensation in the amount of 350 hryvnias was accrued, although we did not receive any commission from partners at all.
We understand that submitting applications takes time, but this is the only way we can find out that the order is not reflected in the account and try to help.

There was a problem with cashback in Foxtrot because the store reissued the order without notifying me, probably because the product was not in their system for ordering, but only in the store. Nevertheless, I wrote to the letyshops support service and they quickly resolved my issue, as soon as Foxtrot rejected the cashback, the support sorted it out and returned it.
