The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.
It's true that the cashback takes a while to process before you can withdraw your balance, and having to transfer it to PayPal isn't ideal, but other than that, they deliver and everything's great. Recommended!

Your 100% cashback is currently in the "Pending" status as partners need time to process the order and transfer the data to our system. In the "My Cashback" section you can see the estimated confirmation date. It is calculated according to the deadlines specified by the store.
For Temu, the maximum cashback confirmation period is up to 100 days, although usually everything arrives much faster :)
The customer service manager (section "Help") is waiting for the cashback to be credited together with you to monitor the accrual.
