When I opened the parcel, it turned out that one of the products (ORising shampoo) does not match the description and photo. I ordered the ORising Filler System Volume Shampoo (https://eva.ua/pr107401/) and received the ORising Bagno Capillare Volumizzante (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TOiXgHsyEkdvUW_Raq0_hrK_dcVdHr) . Added a photo at the link. After that I contacted the eva.ua Hotline. I still haven't received an answer to the question of where to send the goods. When asked at whose expense the return will be made, I received the answer: "at the expense of the buyer." I note that I do not agree with the latter statement, because according to Part 5 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" of 12.05.91 № 1023-XII "Agreement concluded outside commercial or office premises (including trade through online store), it may be assumed that the products or results of works (services) that were sent by mail must, in case of termination of the contract, also be returned by mail. The seller (performer) must reimburse the consumer for the return of the product. " Please respond as soon as possible. I want to send back the goods I don't need, get my money, and buy the goods I need as soon as possible.

Then the problems started with the dispatch, they called 3.11 they said the order was issued awaiting dispatch, they called 4.11 they said the order will be sent today, at most tomorrow, they called 5.11 they said they could not promise when they would send it and the order could not be canceled. Based on all this, I have a question, why then say, "promise" that the order will be sent today and why each operator says different things (who wants what) I am disappointed
