Druni online customer service is zero, lousy, terrible, complete rubbish. I have bought twice and the exact same thing has happened to me both times, you add the product to the cart, pay and oops, after 20 seconds you get an email saying that this product was actually out of stock, it seems that it is very difficult for them to put " product not available" on the web... At least the money is returned quickly, or was returned, because I have been battling for 2 weeks to get part of the purchase amount returned to me. You can't complain about whatsapp, you are served by one of these useless bots that does not solve anything for you. They are never available by phone, they have minutes on the phone with the little music so that in the end they always answer the same message from a listless girl saying "hello...we can't help you right now..." By mail it's also a disaster , out of 200 incidents that you post, perhaps they will respond to 2. I had to resort to their Instagram profile, which was the only way in which they made me a minimal case (but without any response, of course). In short, I will never order from your website again.
