Too bad, I don't know if it's the fault of the couriers or Zooplus, but what I have clear is that they are not doing anything to improve.

Most of the orders I have placed have been perfectly registered and delivered as promised. If I have to highlight something bad, it is the low percentage of cashback that you get for each order (less than 1%) so you will not get much for your purchase. For the rest, I must recommend it since the service does it correctly
