I placed my first order taking advantage of a 15% cashback increase. 24 hours later the cashback did not appear and I opened a request, letyshop says that it cannot find the cashback and that it is going to contact the store. I did not use any discount coupon since I did not reach the minimum and I preferred to use the 15% cashback instead of the 10% coupon. I hope they can credit the cashback soon since it was around €7.

The downside is that if you use coupons as it says in the fine print, it does not credit you with any Cashback, so the approach is quite bad, since if I spend more than €100 on my dog's feed I prefer a 15% coupon, to credit a Cashback by cents.
