Purchases at Tiendanimal ES with cashback in Spain

Order canceled when using a coupon from the Tiendanimal store itself and when I place an order without any coupon it does not detect the purchase and after wasting time with a thousand questions that they ask me about extensions, antivirus, reinstalling the app, changing browsers and several more nonsense, they did not credit me the cashback. Without a doubt, it is more convenient for me to use any promotional code on the internet. Tiendanimal stop working with them, they are losing their reputation.

All weekend trying to arrange a delivery through the web de seur, but it is hanging. I manage to access today and it tells me that I have to pick up the package at the logistics center, in the middle of nowhere, without giving options to those who do not have a vehicle or cannot transport a package of these dimensions, that is why you ask for it at home . I call the store to report the incident and they refer the call directly to SEUR. They give a lousy service, they hire an agency with worse service and not happy with that they don't answer your calls.

I have to rectify, a few days ago I commented that they had rejected my cashback from this store, because that same day letyshops contacted me and credited me with the cashback, so perfect, thank you very much!
