Purchases at PcComponentes ES with cashback in Spain

I made a purchase through PcComponenets for just over € 1200 and verified with the application but it was never reflected back to me hi 30 days ago. LetyShop washes its hands saying that it is not their fault that they validated it so I talk to PCcomponentes and they say exactly the same thing. It is not known who is to blame but I made a large purchase and still nothing has arrived. In fact I am about to do another one like it and I am rethinking about making the PcComponentes or another and use LetyShop or not since either of the two does NOT comply with its own

I have already bought 7 purchases with PCComponentes-LetyShops and until I made a large purchase with a worthwhile cashback, I never had problems I made a purchase of just over € 2000, the cashback was almost € 18, the purchase was reflected in my profile on October 17 or 18, while the operation was being verified, I have been making other purchases that have been credited to me and I already have the money available to transfer but mysteriously that purchase is not credited. I opened a ticket to claim it and they have already asked me several times for the documentation, that is, invoices and screenshots of the order to be able to claim them through their affiliate program, just today 02/04/2020 they have answered me for the second time that the store has denied the cashback, but at no time do they say the reason, it is assumed that there are 5 reasons why they can deny a cashback but in my case none of them is valid, at the moment they are limited to saying that they have denied it but as They do not give any reason, it gives the feeling that they can deny the cashback because at a given moment it suits them. I do not know who is the one who does it wrong here, if LetyShops, PCComponentes or even the affiliate program they use, but not giving the reason why a cashback is denied seems to me that it leaves the user in an uncomfortable situation and at the mercy of these two companies. It seems wrong to me that the cashback was denied, but it seems even worse to me that it is not said why.

For a purchase of 897 with VAT 738 without the VAT, which is how letyshops does it ... well, of those 738 I put 575 components when paying in pc and you say waw what a reduction but what they do is that they separate the order and retain you 575 + the 285 all this with VAT included and you thinking that you saved a good chestnut but the surprise comes when you look at the bank that charges you for the 2 parts and not only the 575 that came out when you made the purchase and in the end for the 900 bucks spent 8 € pending goes out in letyshops and that there are up to 4.5 in pc components plus 30% the 7 days of new account ... they deceive the buyer ... spend € 900 to save € 8 .... if I knew this From the beginning I would not even use the application and less I am not going to use it for the misery that you save nor is it worth so much trouble.

I have made 3 purchases. one coolmod of € 200 and two in pccomponents of € 1200 and € 500. I do not get any of those two purchases. I have already contacted an agent and a month ago he did not give me an answer. It seems like a scam and a waste of time I hope someone can solve this for me now because if every time I make a purchase I will have to lose hours in which they give me a cashback of 3 euros I prefer not to waste my time for this amount
