Whenever I've made a purchase at this store when the cashback isn't increased, I've received it immediately and without any problems. However, whenever I've tried to take advantage of a large cashback increase (more than 20%), I always run into problems. Now I'm waiting for at least four months for the cashback, which would have given me more than €10 worth of purchases, to be approved. In recent months, I've noticed that the app isn't working properly, and I'm having to claim back many purchases from this and other stores.

It's a bit misleading, since the fine print at the end says that if you use a discount coupon, you won't get cashback. So, they credit you with your purchases and then cancel them. So, I don't see much benefit in buying with this app in this store or many others. Thanks.

Very bad.
