Purchases at Media Markt ES with cashback in Spain

Cashback hasn't worked for months. Or at least it never works when there is a supercashback offer. In my case, I placed an order for a value without VAT of +€300 and another order separately for €5.69 without VAT. The promotion in which I participated was 10% on the value without VAT of the purchase, with a maximum Cashback of €30. Therefore, I was entitled to a Cashback of €30 for the first order and another of €0.56/57 for the second order. After claiming and having to prove the purchases, I am approved a Cashback of €14 for the first order and €0.16 for the second order, so in my specific case, if I had known this, I would have bought the things on Amazon, where those same products were cheaper than on mediamarkt, and in the end it was more expensive, in addition to the headache of having to claim. If mediamarkt does not comply, you should remove it from your promotions, because I see that I am not the only one that happens to me.

Shame Letyshops and shame Media Markt. After I spent 330 euros counting on 30 euros which would be cashed back, i was left with nothing.

I placed an order and the cashback did not appear, I complained to letyshop and a few days later the problem was solved.

I put a star for putting something, but I would not put anything for the terrible customer service and wanting to close the dispute as soon as possible without offering any kind of solution. I place an order for a PS5 with a discount on MM, activate the extension, the purchase is not registered and on top of that LetyShops does not offer me any solution. Reading the comments, I see that it is a normal thing that happens to several users. Good listen.

As has happened to the others, MediaMark is by far the worst. LetyShops gave me back 2.5% of Cashback (the normal one) for the inconvenience when I was in the x4 special, that is, 10%. If MediaMark carries so many negative comments, it will be for a reason and if it does not intend to fulfill the contractual relationship with LetyShops, it should be withdrawn, but do not deceive because this situation harms the latter and the clients who trust the offer that is offered to them.

I put one star because you can't put less..., the first purchase I made in summer was not credited with cashback, 6 months of waiting to tell me no, it would have corresponded to almost 8 euros of cashback, and LetyShops paid me 5 euros for the inconvenience... (well, better than nothing), I'm satisfied with the average, a few days ago I made two orders, a mobile phone and some games, LetyShops tells me that they can't find the cashback and that unfortunately they can't make me any cashback payment as compensation , the cashback of the mobile order was the top 25 euros since there was 12.5 in the store , and the cashback of the games about 2.5 euros or so , total 27.5 more or less between the two orders , in total Out of 3 orders I have lost around 30 euros of cashback, I recommend not buying at media markt, and seeing such an unfortunate resolution of the case, I will stop using LetyShops since it is worthless.

I place an order with an extended cashback and what a coincidence it doesn't appear and they don't grant it to me. €14 belonged to me and they only gave me €4.60 because they say they cannot claim against the supplier. Very bad, I don't agree at all. scamming and deceiving customers by promising a discount that is not fulfilled...

And another cashback that doesn't appear and we go for 4 or 5. Another claim again upload photos and then 4 neses of waiting? Anyway, I don't do any more shopping. And that I bought everything online many years ago. This almost 84 euros.
