SCAM Since JANUARY 2021 waiting for a refund for a super expensive trip, they do not answer emails, letyshop only makes excuses. In the end they say that I have not gone to that trip, although it was paid to expedia, there is a record of it and I have bank records of purchases at the resort. Expedia together with letyshop are scamming people. Obviously it will be reported in court and in the European consumer agency. And if they delete this opinion I will file another complaint
