Purchases at El Corte Inglés ES with cashback in Spain

seriously DO NOT buy in El corte Inglés online. (physical stores no problem) on November 28, 2020 I placed an order for 7 products. - Cashback was not verified - two months later I still have not received all the products - there is no way they can refund me - they do not send me the invoice for a company. This is an odyssey of calls and waste of time. unfortunately we are 1000 of affected making an order with them is a Russian roulette. it may or may not turn out well. My assessment of EL CORTE INGLES is ZERO, they are SCAMMERS, they only credit purchases of small-medium amounts (max € 200), as long as you make a purchase of a high value they never credit it. 2 months ago I made a purchase of more than € 1400, and knowing the "percale", I entered the ECI website from the link in Letyshops, I followed all the steps that Letyshops always advises (without more eyelashes or 3rd degree extensions) , preventively I was making screenshots of each step I took in the purchase until its complete completion, and oh ... surprise ... !!!, the purchase was not credited to me. I made the claim for the non-accredited purchase, including in it the screenshots already commented, in which it was verified that my management had been done in the recommended way, EL CORTE INGLES responds: "According to the data that the partners have sent us, there was an oversubscription of the data, so the purchase was not registered. ", FALSE ... THEY ARE SOME SCAMMERS. Letyshops in compensation has given me € 5, which I appreciate, but the accreditation was close to € 40. Many thanks to Letyshops for their attention, and I reiterate my opinion of EL CORTE INGLES, they are SCAMMERS.

If I had to rate the El Corte Inglés store, the rating would be literally zero, since their service is terrible: they never credited me for the cashback. Now, I give it a 4 star rating for the excellent service I have received from the LeyShops technical team. Once I verify that it is not assigned to me, I request a claim and my surprise is that they reject it claiming that the store does not admit claims, when in its profile it says that you can be up to 150 days waiting for the cashback. Unfortunately this service, not only do they not comply with the assignment after making the purchase but also provide confusing and misleading information and then ignore the problems.

I have made a large purchase and despite waiting 1-2 months the cashback has been credited to me. If it were faster it would be better.
