Purchases at eDreams ES with cashback in Spain

Shame about Edreams. In January I bought a return flight from PMI to Madrid with the cashback activated and everything has been problems and disappointments. First they told me that the refund was €10, when they returned €1.11... (what a scam!), then I don't know why the cashback wasn't detected at first and I had to claim it. On top of that, since January when I bought the tickets and I flew on the last weekend of January, they have not accepted and validated the cashback until March... With Edreams I will not buy any more, because apart from the cashback issue, they told me at all times that I they would send the boarding passes one day before the departures of the flights, since it wouldn't let me check in... and it turns out that at the last minute they tell me that they can't send me the boarding passes and in a hurry with a few nerves Hours after my flight left, I had to make ends meet to get them out on my own... Apart from all this, which is not little... most flights have stopovers. From Palma de Mallorca to Malaga all the flights made a stopover in Barcelona (with up to 12h of stopover, flights seen in March) Ahhh OJOOO! On top of that, Edreams tries to get you to subscribe to PRIME to get the cheapest flights, giving you a 30-day trial without charging you, but if you get lost, they charge you the €50 subscription as long as you don't unsubscribe. It has happened to several friends. I recommend a thousand times to buy plane tickets directly from the company, easier, fewer complications and headaches and less scam! Very unhappy with Edreams.

I don't like it nor do I see it useful. Only flights with stopovers are put, not option of direct flights

It seems that even if you put up to 3%, it is a maximum of 5 euros per flight purchase and a maximum of 15 per flight + hotel package. I just paid for a flight of + 600 euros and the pending cashback puts me 5 euros
