Purchases at Conforama ES with cashback in Spain

Nefarious experience !!! Delay in delivery of a month and a half more, than the estimated 5 weeks when I bought. that is, 11 weeks. I need an invoice to claim the cashback, and they do not send it to me in full. The order status appears as pending, when it is more than paid and received. I have sent them about 6 emails claiming both the invoice (which you cannot download from the web ..... incredible) and that within my account, the order appears as paid. Anyway, I will not buy here again ... or given away!

We ask you not to charge the phone. And the shipments do not arrive on time, I have been waiting 20 days and I don't know. It arrived in 3 days I will not buy again in conforama.

The cashback appears as pending right after placing the order but I would not recommend this store, at least for furniture and things like that, it is not worth the problems that you are going to have with delays and defective products. If it is cheap (when you get something on sale) but it is not worth it. They do not pick up the phone, the web queries are lost there ..............

They do not meet the delivery deadline, the order contact phone does not work 1 hour and a half of waiting and nothing does not respond, the web to check order status does not work, of shame. And the service in a physical store (Alcorcon) leaves much to be desired. That is if the cashback appears in a few minutes but what is the use of it.
