Purchases at Casa del Libro ES with cashback in Spain
- Cashback is available only for the Spanish version of the site.

A few days ago I sent a message to letyshop and they wanted to tease me. I made a purchase with a 45% discount with a refund of up to € 18 and I already knew that the cashback could fail, therefore I captured everything (letyshop activated in chrome, the product and the money that belongs to me). After a week they answer me saying that the cashback was not activated or something like that. Just when reading this, I saw that they were kidding me, when I sent them a photo of how the letyshop is activated at the time of purchase, as you can see in the screenshot the letyshop is in GREEN in the Chrome. I own € 15 cashback. I hope they can fix it for me ...

Yesterday I made a purchase of € 41.5 taking advantage of the 45% cashback and it has not been registered. I have created a request, I expect 45% cashback to appear and not the 4.5% that there normally is.
