Hello, this is a lie, it is misleading advertising, this company does not refund for purchases, they rejected my cashback for the purchase of a ticket on the BOG-BUD-BOG route made on 27-Sep-24, the trip was made on 17-Nov-24, first they informed me that it was credited once the trip was made, and now they inform me that it is rejected for having violated the store rules, it is not the first time I have bought from them, but it does leave a lot to think about for future purchases.

I love Turkish Airlines as airline but... it should be removed from the Letyshop. In June 2024 I bought 4 tickets for international flights. Amount bem spent about 7000$ and no Cash back on my account. I understand it can be pending until the flights but all 4 Cashback been lost it rejected. even after complain. For example flight from Portugal to china coast $ 2544 . what's wrong with that. why not Cashback. So do not trust this store.

I don't give it fewer stars because you can't. Months passed and Turkish never approved my Cashback. I raised a clarification and the Letyshops team was the one who resolved my problem, giving me cashback for their bag, without having received anything from Turkish. I thank Letyshops, but Turkis Airlines did not do what it should.
