The process of confirming the order and crediting the cashback is automatic and as soon as the store transmits the corresponding confirmation, the status of the order changes to “Enrolled”. Time for crediting is necessary for the store, in order to be completely sure that the order will not be returned, to the order confirmation process and other technical delays that may occur.
If the cashback for the order is not credited within 7-10 days, please leave a request through the "Help" section of your personal account, the care managers will try to help you.
