I made an order from Leti Shops in Kyiv on March 29, 2024, to the Aurora store at 55 Shcherbakivskogo Street. The estimated delivery date was indicated as 04/04/2024 (the order was delivered late on 04/05/2024 (there was no SMS, a message about the delivery appeared in Viber after I had already received it). Service in the store itself is TERRIBLE: at I had the feeling that I was at least a criminal, who had the audacity to come on the following day from the target date, without an invitation (although the option "wait for a delivery notification" (as in the SOCKET) is not indicated anywhere. Summary: the site is raw (let's hope - they will fix it) , CASH BACK has not been credited, a search application has been submitted (how to show RESPECT to the Leti Shops support service for the prompt response to requests). order from Aurora - more NO-NO
