In this case, for your order, the approximate confirmation time has not yet passed and the cashback will still be credited.
Cashback is credited not at the time of payment or delivery of the order, but when the store sends us the appropriate confirmation.
The approximate date of enrollment was given to you by the support manager - 03/16/2016. It was calculated according to the average waiting time for cashback, information about which is posted on the store page.
Each store itself determines the average time for crediting cashback, before this date, if we have not received confirmation from the store, we cannot credit you cashback.
As the support manager informed you, if the status of the cashback does not change after the expiration of the approximate terms of enrollment (namely 03/16/2016), you can contact our support service, we will try to help you.
