After using the cashback service and documenting its use with screenshots and a recording, I was denied the promised amount of €30. They claim there was a problem and it wasn't properly recorded in the system. They refunded me €5 as compensation. Apparently, you have to accept cookies, use an app rather than a website, and perhaps call a notary to certify the transaction. I don't think I'll use this service again. I'm giving it two stars for the customer service and interest via email (even though they couldn't return the cash they owed me).

Unfortunately, Media Markt doesn't accept our requests, and since they don't accept them, we can't credit you with the full cashback. We fully understand that the bonus we're giving you isn't complete, but we don't have the option to pay you more.
