Update: After several emails of trying to figure out what was going on and trying different things the team at letyshop were finally able to get it figured out. Thank you for the great customer service. Original post: I have been trying to cash out for three days and it says it sends a code to my phone but that code never comes. I tried several times but nothing.

Absolutely Unacceptable! I've waited over three months for my rightful cashback, yet this app refuses to grant it despite all terms being met. My order was placed through the app, the transaction is logged, and the product was not returned—all verifiable facts. Yet, instead of honoring their commitment, they’ve ignored my rightful claim. This is pure negligence and deceit. The delay is inexcusable, and the lack of accountability is appalling. If you promise cashback

Better to trust branded cash back sites like go Paisa and cash Karo because this app will show you most of the times as zero cash back .. if some time shows cash back also they won't credit it to your account asking many queries. Waiting period of cash back is three months where remaining all in this segment will credit in one month. *** Not a good app***
