There are no questions to the store staff - they worked perfectly.

Another time - yesterday's morning bread, when the delivery was the next day in the evening, we talked about compensation, they said that they would do, but in fact nothing. And in general - you order scheduled delivery, put together a basket, and there is no product, and it is 18 pcs.! That is, how is it possible not to understand whether you have it in stock or not, that you do not remove the product if it is not in stock? This is not 1 piece... We conclude that the accounting of the availability of goods when ordering online does not work normally. And further on delivery - they can cancel, postpone twice. This happened to me yesterday - I ordered at 5 p.m., moved it to 9 p.m., canceled it, and issued it without my confirmation for the morning of the next day... And the goods would be fine, but no, they are out of stock again... Lost time, lost cashback 9%, and a little lost mood with such "customer orientation"!

I have never seen such a nightmare!!! Delivery Dnepr, the order was postponed twice, it was supposed to be delivered by 1 pm, then the delivery was postponed to 19:10, so the courier just arrived at 21:00! The payment was made online, for more than 5 thousand hryvnia! I also saw that there were only two packages and didn’t think to check right away. I started unpacking the packages, there were 18 positions missing, the packages were marked 2,3, 4... that is, there were no packages 1 and 5! I have no idea where they are! I can’t get through to the hotline! There has been no response in the chat for over an hour! I do not recommend delivery!!! HORROR!!!

Worst delivery and terrible service. The first time they didn't bring the paid order and didn't even call to warn. Then, after a long discussion, they returned the funds on Sunday and gave a promotional code for 50 hryvnias. The second time, the courier did not bother to lift the package with the elevator and tore the package with the freezer. Now I am waiting for a refund for the second time.

The store is just awful. When ordering the product, the specified time interval is from 15:50 to 16:10. at 3:55 p.m. they withdraw money from my card, after which the operator calls and informs that the delivery will be in 4 hours. How is it at all? She said to cancel the order, and now it's 11 p.m., and it still lights up as collected, not canceled. This is the third failed delivery due to their fault. Communication at zero. I will never order anything from them again and I do not advise you. Even now, the money will be returned for a week...(((
