I have no complaints about product quality. The order was delivered fully loaded and extremely fast, BUT the order was issued not the first time. This is the essence of the problem ... For the first time, my order was placed quickly enough, I was periodically notified via SMS what and how with my order. In one of these SMS, I found out that the order was canceled. Not me, of course, canceled. As a new user, I did not immediately understand what was happening. And for two days I tried to find out from the consultants of RIV GOSH. This was explained by the fact that one item was not in stock (although when I placed the order it was listed as available), and they decided to cancel my order. When, with grief in half, I found out why my order was canceled, I easily placed a new order. Now to the heart of the problem. I relied, as a new user, an increased cashback. Even at the first checkout, I noticed that my cashback is clearly less than it should be (by the way, it was less than what a new user was supposed to, but more than what "old men" should). I wrote to the consultants at Lety shops, and they explained to me that the cashback data is transmitted directly to the store where the order is placed. Just at this time, my first order was suddenly canceled. I designed the second ... When I saw that in anticipation of a cashback again, which did not correspond to the declared interest, I began to write to RIV GOSH consultants. They explained to me that I was not a new user, since I had already completed my second order, and I was not entitled to an increased cashback. When I wrote that this was essentially my FIRST order, and not the second, and that on my first unsuccessful order the cashback was also much smaller than the stated one, the consultant either did not really understand what I was writing about, or carefully pretended. Although, I enclosed screenshots and gradually explained what was happening, it did not produce results. The cashback in both orders is incorrect. (in the first case it is underestimated, in the second it is underestimated) And it is not even about money, but in principle. Apparently, this can be the case with orders for much larger amounts.
