Okay, I cancel the order paid by card on the site, and in a couple of hours there is a cashback in the office for the order, which I canceled. It seems that either the store is doing everything possible to lose cashback, or Letichops is not coping with the influx of orders, so that the cashback appeared within 5-10 minutes after ordering.
