So far, we have not received information on crediting remuneration.
We understand that the approximate date of confirmation has almost passed. It is calculated according to the average cashback wait time — some orders may be credited earlier than these dates, some later.
The process of confirming the cashback is automatic, and as soon as the store transfers the data, its status will change to “Enrolled”. This time is necessary for the order confirmation process and other technical delays that may occur.
In the near future, cashback will be credited to your balance.
Care Manager Elena will follow up on this request and will contact you on January 16th - this is the maximum date for automatic confirmation of the earliest orders.
