Due to the specifics of working with stores under the cashback program, there are a number of reasons because of which cashback may not be credited. All these reasons are described in the cashback purchase rules. Additional conditions (if the store has one) can be found on the page of each store on our website.
Promotional codes, discounts and other bonuses can really be a frequent reason for losing cashback. This is due to the fact that it is simply not profitable for the store to provide a double discount and when using third-party bonus programs, a fee is not paid to our service.
The most common reason and difficult to detect are the settings of the device from which the purchase is made. Indeed, third-party browser extensions, some functions of anti-virus programs, ad blockers, and even viruses can adversely affect the fixing of cashback. Even in the event of loss of cashback for reasons independent of us (which means that we did not receive a reward from the store), we always try to at least somehow help and, if possible, partially or completely, compensate the cashback from our own funds.
