They claim that there was a problem and it did not register well in the system. As compensation they returned €5 to me. Apparently you have to accept cookies, use the app better than the web and perhaps call the notary to attest to the process carried out. I don't think I will use this service again. I give two stars for the interest and customer service via email (despite the fact that they could not return the cash they owed me.
